Beta testers wanted!

More beta testers are needed for the final development stages of MÅRD. If you are interested in this closed beta test, continue reading for information on what this means and how to apply.

You must register at the Black Curtain Studio website to qualify.

Testing is done ad-hoc to find glitches and bugs that have been overlooked.

Bugs are reported back to me via e-mail or by creating a new ticket.

Read the dev blog for more details about the development of MÅRD.

MÅRD beta testing

MÅRD is currently in the polishing stages of development. That means everything is tested, tweaked and final polishing touches are put on. However, for the testing to be thorough we need more people to play the game in order to find possible glitches and outcomes that have been overlooked.

Software testing can be stated as the process of validating and verifying software products, which meets the requirements that guided its design and development, works as expected, and can be implemented with the same characteristics.

Software testing is one of the most important phases of the software development process. Software testing verify and validate the quality of the software produced, so as to make sure that the system is bug free and the results produced are according to the expectation.

The testing that you will be focusing on is based on Ad-Hoc testing (or General testing), i.e. letting you explore the game freely in a non-structured way.

If you are interested in beta testing MÅRD go to the Black Curtain Studio website and register an account and tick the box "Apply for Beta testing", then select the game you wish to test from the selection list.

All bug reports and feedback are to be sent to me via e-mail or the ticket system at the website. If you are selected for beta testing you will recieve additional details on how to submit your bug reports.

Hunt Or Be Hunted

Many have been asking about the state of MÅRD's development and I apologise for the lack of continous updates. In short it is all going well and the game is nearing a release date.

If you have missed it, I released the first gameplay trailer of MÅRD last year on Youtube. While it doesn't reflect the game's final visual look, it does offer some insight into the gameplay. If you haven't you should check it out below.

A final launch trailer will be released in due time before the release date.
